^seeing things..
last monday we went to the lib to do some research. we went home at around 7:00 pm na. anyway, it was around 6:00 pm when we went down from the humanities section (5th floor) going to the social science section (3rd floor). we used the stairs that's near to the soc sci section. anyway, when we walked down the last few steps i thought i saw someone coming from downstairs. it was a guy, i think. so naturally i expected na it was going to the soc sci section, or makakasalubong namin yun. but no one came. i looked around to see if there was someone, but there was no one talaga.. it was a bit late na, and i've heard stories. well.. maybe i was just tired then.. but jean told us a story. same time and location as mine. she saw something daw. boohoo..

yesterday we ab students watched the annual faculty show performed by the professors from the faculty of arts and letters. the theme this year was about things that made history, i guess. do these shows even have themes? i don't know, it's my first time to watch the faculty show anyway. so, we waited for an hour before we were finally let inside the medicine auditorium. well y'know, filipino time is never on time. hehe. the audi was so packed, our section did not get to sit in one area together. the show was really great! i think all of the professors from ab performed. it was such a nice change, for once i saw professors perform instead of the students.. though there were some students who sang and danced on stage.. but still, the profs were in the limelight yesterday. there was a pageant-like performance, a rendition of miss saigon, a song number from meteor garden with matching video of a modified version of broken vow, etc. i can't believe some of them are my professors. i can't imagine them doing it at any given day. they performed so well.. uhm. if their students can have a great performance, so can they. and they did. our professor told us kanina that only the faculty of arts and letters have an annual faculty show. well.. what can i say.. ang saya-saya talaga.. c",)

after the faculty show, i went straight home. we then ate at dampa sa libis to celebrate my cousin jemo's birthday. we had buttered shrimp, sinigang sa miso, and a couple of grilled tilapia. i had sinigang na hipon. well.. sort of. i poured the sabaw of the sinigang on the rice then i got some buttered shrimp (shet. i sounded conyo. eew. haha! c",)). after, we went to greenhills to look for gifts to give to some people we know. we arrived home at 12:30 am. such a long and tiring day. but fun.
^only 9 days left before christmas!!
i'm in for a three-day weekend. well, we were supposed to have classes on monday.. but our professors were kind enough to give us a break, even for a day. then my friends + adie.jean.jensen.dhanli.weng + and i planned to go to the mall on tuesday, before going to ust for the paskuhan. i'm soooooo excited na.. yipee.. c",)
